So a friend is getting married in less than 2 weeks so she wanted to celebrate with the girls before hand. It also happened to be her 32nd birthday. What she didn't know is that we rented a limo (scretch white), planned to take her to cheesecake factory then go see Tyler Perrys: The Family They Prey's. Saturday comes and she was so surprised. Overwhelmed and very appreciative. Exuberantly so!
(That is her when she first saw the Limo outside. We had several close calls because ol' boy was parked out front so he could be seen, until out resident Event Planner aka Vonne called him to direct him behind the neighboring buildings). Vonne also make the bombe appetizers!
We got into out limo to venture out into the city for out first stop at Lorraine Michaels Dance Studio for our pole/exotic dance lesson. (Lorrie aka The Bride To Be had taken both classes the few months before during the summer). It was such a fun exciting class, although my concern was learning to spin on the pole somehow - some way. (see video below)
Since we are Sista's everyone wanted to put their own flair and umph into it and twerk it.... with little or no experience (and I am speaking on behalf of myself). Here's a few photo's of othe 4 of us.
